Submissions of final versions are handled through EasyChair: http://www.easychair.org/conferences?conf=eurocg09

The format of the submissions is 4 pages, two columns. The use of the LaTeX style eurocg09.cls is mandatory for the final version. Here is an example of LaTeX file.  Submissions must be in pdf format.
